Terms of Service
By downloading, installing, or using MyFaceShape ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
MyFaceShape provides AI-assisted face shape analysis, facial ratings and measurements, personalized styling tips (such as hairstyles, glasses, makeup, or grooming guidance), glow-up guides, and routine tracking for personal entertainment and styling use.
Supported face shapes include Oval, Round, Square, Heart, Diamond, Oblong, and Triangle. Results are estimates generated with AI and are not medical, dermatological, cosmetic-surgery, or identity-verification advice.
2. Free tier & subscriptions
New users receive one free face scan (the onboarding demo scan does not count toward this limit). After the free scan is used, additional scans and Pro features require an auto-renewing MyFaceShape Pro subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store.
Two subscription plans are available:
- Weekly Pro — billed every week
- Yearly Pro — billed every year
No free trial is offered. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in the App Store and may vary by region; the App Store price at purchase is controlling.
Manage or cancel anytime: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MyFaceShape. You can also use Restore Purchases in the app (paywall and Settings) if you reinstall or switch devices.
We may change free limits or Pro features with reasonable notice in the app or App Store listing.
3. Apple Media Services Terms
In addition to these Terms, your use of the app is subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.

4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only with photos you have the right to use (typically your own face or someone who has consented). Do not upload illegal content, attempt to abuse the API (automated bulk requests, circumventing rate limits, scraping), or use the app for surveillance, harassment, or biometric identification of others without consent. We may suspend access for violations.
5. AI disclaimer
Face shape labels, confidence scores, ratings, measurements, and styling tips are AI-generated estimates. Lighting, angle, hair, glasses, makeup, and photo quality can affect results. Always use your own judgment for hairstyle, grooming, or appearance decisions. We do not guarantee accuracy or any specific appearance outcome.
6. Intellectual property
The app, branding, guides, and design are owned by TQ Tech. You retain rights to photos you submit. You grant us a limited license to transmit and process those photos solely to provide the analysis service described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AI-generated analysis, styling tips, or the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or app features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
